Refund policy

Overlay Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made specifically for you when you order, we're limited in what we can accept back. Here's our policy:

Eligible for return/exchange

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Item arrived significantly different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong design)

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at overlayedition@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Not eligible for return

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check our Size Guide before ordering)
• Items returned without prior contact

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Sold-out Editions Once an Edition closes, it moves to Archive and won't be restocked. Exchanges for a different size within the same Edition are only possible while that Edition is still live.
