These Terms of Service govern your use of overlayedition.com, operated by OVERLAY LTD (Company No. 17108275), a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Overlay," "we," "us").

1. Use of the site By accessing this site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase.

2. Products All products are made to order via print-on-demand. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen display and fabric differences. Product availability is limited to active Editions; once closed, items may not be available again.

3. Sport Series products Some products are produced on genuine, licensed third-party blank garments (e.g. adidas, Under Armour, Sport-Tek), customized with Overlay's own designs. These products are not official collaborations, sponsorships, or endorsements by those brands. Overlay is an independent brand and is not affiliated with adidas AG, Under Armour Inc., or any other third-party brand referenced on this site.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout for your region. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.

5. Intellectual property All Overlay designs, logos, and brand marks are the property of OVERLAY LTD. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability Overlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
